Job summary

Advantive is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to own a portfolio of established enterprise packaging customers across EMEA. You will act as the commercial leader for your book of business, setting account strategy, aligning with Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Product, Support, and partners to keep commercial priorities aligned.

This role is based in an EMEA hub location—UK, Switzerland, Germany, or France—and requires travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Own a portfolio of established enterprise packaging customers across EMEA.
• Senior commercial role with responsibility for renewals and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level) across multi-site and multi-country packaging organisations.
• Lead regular business reviews and account planning including executive sessions for priority accounts.
• Establish renewal positioning early with clear commercial plans and risk mitigation.
• Lead commercial negotiations balancing customer outcomes and Advantive's objectives.
• Identify priorities within each customer and map them to Advantive capabilities and growth paths.
• Create and progress qualified expansion opportunities with cross-functional teams.
