We are hiring a Strategic Account Manager to own a portfolio of established enterprise packaging customers across EMEA, driving renewals, expansion, and executive alignment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of medium and large enterprise packaging accounts across EMEA.
• Lead renewal strategies from early positioning through negotiation and post-renewal growth planning.
• Generate expansion pipeline across existing customers including new modules, sites, users, and AI/automation use cases.
• Maintain trusted executive relationships across commercial, operational, technology, and executive teams.
• Keep accurate pipeline, renewal, and forecast reporting in Salesforce with clear next steps and risk insights.
