SharkNinja in Leeds is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to support our EMEA growth. You’ll ensure sales orders are processed smoothly, products are delivered on time, and customers receive best-in-class service across internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll liaise with freight and logistics providers, retailers and cross-functional teams to track orders, manage discrepancies, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Some previous work experience in logistics, operations or customer service.
• Curiosity, accuracy, energy and a hands-on mindset.
• Proactive communicator with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Process and track sales and purchase orders.
• Validate pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with 3PL and freight partners.
• Update customers and internal teams on order status.
• Produce reports and support operational projects.
