Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an Order Management Coordinator in Leeds, hybrid working arrangement. You will support the EMEA growth by ensuring orders are processed smoothly, deliveries are timely, and customers receive best-in-class service across internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, and customer service, with opportunities to liaise with freight providers, retailers, and internal teams throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Some previous work experience—whether in a placement year, internship, or entry-level role is ideal, especially if you’ve touched on logistics, operations or customer service.
• But more important is your mindset: curiosity, accuracy, energy, and a desire to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Processing and tracking sales and purchase orders.
• Validating pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
• Managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) and freight partners.
• Coordinating customer shipments and monitoring supply chain activity.
• Resolving discrepancies and improving processes.
• Producing reports and supporting wider operational projects.
