Job summary

SharkNinja is hiring a Logistics Manager to oversee UK operations, coordinating with 3PLs and internal teams to deliver excellent service at optimal cost. The role requires engagement with UK Head Office and 3PL locations, driving inventory improvements, and leading strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.

You'll build stakeholder relationships, use PRINCE2 or equivalent methodologies, and help transform processes across warehousing and distribution while monitoring KPIs to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Numerate with analytical and quantitative skills to back up business cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver logistics services at optimum cost with UK 3PLs.
• Monitor storage utilisation and inbound planning to optimise warehouses.
• Lead strategic projects and ensure on-time delivery using PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Collaborate with inventory and CSR/SOP teams to drive process improvements.
• Manage KPI reporting across distribution, finance and operations.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation plans for projects.
