Job summary

Advanced Navigation is seeking a Navigation Solutions Architect – EMEA to design technical solutions for key EMEA customers using the full product portfolio. This remote-based role within EMEA requires travel (>30%) to customer sites and involves collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to map customer needs to scalable architectures.

You will lead technical direction for Forward Deployed Engineers, engage with Tier-0 clients, and contribute to the product roadmap while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) or 10+ years of experience.
• Proven depth in inertial navigation, GNSS and fibre-optic gyroscopes.
• Extensive customer-facing, pre-sales and solution-design experience.
• Experience with data analysis and Python for engineering tasks.
• Ability to travel >30% and obtain UK/European security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for key EMEA customers using the full product portfolio.
• Lead architectural design and validation, including PoC projects.
• Provide technical direction to Forward Deployed Engineers in a matrix setup.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Stay aligned with defence and commercial market trends and export controls.
