Job summary

Advanced Navigation in the United Kingdom seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in Geospatial Navigation to support pre-sales, tailor solutions to customer requirements, and demonstrate the value of our products. You will collaborate with the sales team to communicate technical aspects and address customer needs.

You will leverage GNSS and INS expertise, lead PoCs, and help drive customer success, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of GNSS, INS, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity concepts, and relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Technical Consultation and Solution Design: Engage with prospects and customers to assess geospatial requirements and business objectives, leveraging GNSS and INS to tailor solutions.
• Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct demonstrations showcasing capabilities and benefits of geospatial navigation solutions.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Lead PoC projects with defined success criteria and implementation plans.
• Requirements Analysis and Solution Development: Gather technical requirements and translate into actionable designs.
• Technical Expertise and Industry Insights: Stay updated on trends and share best practices with internal teams.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Occasional travel to customer sites for in-person meetings or project implementations.
