Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing or supporting system migration and implementation projects in financial services or asset management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of asset management business and trade lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in production support, including use of runbooks for operations.
• Proven track record in outsourcing operations or working with third-party service providers in a middle office setting.
• Solid understanding of middle office functions, especially fixed income operations and trade support.
• Adept at triaging operational issues to minimize business disruption.
• Data integrity expertise including data conversion, reconciliation, and reconcilement processes.
• Collaborative experience with fund administrators to ensure accurate fund accounting and reporting.
