Job summary

Next Ventures is looking for an experienced IS Lead / Senior Programme Manager to steer complex M&A integration initiatives. You will translate acquisition outcomes into a structured integration roadmap ensuring Day 1 readiness, smooth cutover and stabilisation, while coordinating across Technology, Finance, HR and Legal.

Role requires hands-on delivery across multiple workstreams, strong executive stakeholder management and a focus on automation to accelerate integration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading M&A integration programmes end-to-end.
• Hands-on delivery leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Strong governance, planning, budgeting and risk management.
• Proven track record of Day 1 readiness, cutover and stabilisation.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Certified project/programme management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration planning, mobilisation and delivery.
• Develop the integrated programme plan with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Translate due diligence findings into practical delivery plans.
• Oversee Day 1 readiness, cutover, and stabilisation.
• Coordinate technology, data, HR, finance and business workstreams.
• Manage TSAs, vendors and third-party dependencies.
• Provide executive governance, reporting and escalation.
• Drive opportunities to use automation and AI to accelerate integration.
