Qualifications

• Proven Investment Bank or leading Corporate Finance experience, ideally within M&A, media/telecoms or digital infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrate ability to interact with clients and professionals in a polished manner.
• Proficient financial modelling/valuation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, time management and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and work independently.
• Regulated activity: fitness, propriety, and competence may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading and transaction comparables, and LBO models.
• Support daily deal execution and project management with clients.
• Conduct transaction structuring and financial analysis.
• Prepare presentation books, management presentations and board materials.
• Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Analysts.
