J.P. Morgan in London seeks an Investment Banking Associate for the EMEA Consumer & Retail M&A team. You will work on landmark transactions across the EMEA region, supporting origination and execution with cross-functional teams and senior bankers.

You will gain formal training, hands-on learning, and ongoing mentorship while developing leadership and transaction execution capabilities within a premier M&A franchise.

Formación

• M&A experience required.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in full cycle M&A advisory from pitches to execution.
• Develop materials and analyses for client meetings.
• Prepare valuation and M&A models of varying complexity.
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties and advisors through the deal process.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to Analysts.
• Demonstrate regulatory and propriety knowledge as required.
