Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of investment banking experience, with focus on financial institutions.
• Proficient financial analysis and modelling skills.
• In-depth understanding of investment banking products.
• Solid communication and project management skills.
• Experience in dealing with clients and other transactional advisers.

Responsibilities

• Coverage of the EMEA FIG market (banks, asset management, insurance, FinTech, etc.).
• Complete large and complex valuation and analytical exercises.
• Support preparation of presentation books, management materials and memorandums for M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Transaction execution: due diligence, document prep, negotiations, liaising with clients and advisers.
• Stay updated on market/regulatory developments and client dynamics.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring of junior colleagues.
