Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London is seeking an Associate for the EMEA Technology Investment Banking team to support origination and execution across major product areas. You will own analytical workstreams and build client materials for live mandates, engaging directly with senior bankers and client management.

You will be supported by formal training and mentoring, with a broad role developing valuation, structuring, sector judgement and client presence as you progress toward leading transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven financial modelling and valuation skills demonstrated on live transactions.
• Ability to prepare client materials and present complex analyses clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and own valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBO, accretion/dilution).
• Run day-to-day execution of live mandates and coordinate diligence.
• Prepare pitch materials and transaction documentation for M&A, equity and debt deals.
