Job summary

Zip is opening a Head of EMEA Marketing to craft and lead the region's go-to-market strategy. You will adapt our global playbook to local markets and build a field engine that drives pipeline and closes deals across EMEA.

The ideal candidate has senior regional marketing experience, with a proven ability to localize a global brand while preserving its core, and a track record of turning marketing budgets into quality pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field, event, or regional marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to set regional marketing strategy, not just execute another's plan.
• Experience localizing marketing programs for multiple countries in EMEA.
• Track record of planning flagship conferences and sponsored trade shows.
• Results-driven with pipeline and revenue impact from field programs.
• Comfort managing regional budgets and ROI trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA marketing strategy with a regional plan scaled to market needs.
• Localize US content and assets for EMEA markets, respecting local nuances.
• Lead field programs, events, webinars, and community initiatives to generate pipeline.
• Partner with sales on sponsorships, field events, and ABM programs to move deals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain global consistency and local relevance.
• Keep sales aligned with calendars, campaigns, and enablement materials.
• Measure program impact on pipeline and revenue; optimize accordingly.
• Manage the regional budget to maximize ROI.
