Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Managing Director for EMEA to drive end-to-end strategic growth and operational execution across the region. You will lead a multi-functional GTM engine to establish LogicGate as the premier enterprise AI GRC platform in Europe.

You’ll own the EMEA P&L, oversee regional alliances, and shape product alignment with regulatory changes while building a high-performing team and accelerating ARR.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS cross-functional leadership.
• Proven P&L and revenue growth experience in Europe.
• GRC industry knowledge and enterprise B2B software experience.
• Strong alliance and channel strategy background.
• Leadership, talent development, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA P&L and drive cross-functional GTM teams to grow ARR.
• Define geographic expansion strategy across UK and Europe.
• Develop alliances with system integrators and advisory firms to build pipelines.
• Hire and develop a high-performance regional team and mentor growth.
• Oversee regional customer success to reduce churn and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align roadmap with EMEA needs.
• Champion AI-enabled GTM initiatives to differentiate in market.
