MacGregor Black is partnering with an established international consumer products business to recruit a European Brand Marketing Manager based in the UK. You will shape and deliver brand and consumer marketing activity across EMEA for a portfolio of well-known entertainment and pop-culture properties.

You will work with international teams, licensing partners and retail partners to translate global plans into local executions, strengthening brand presence and driving commercial growth across

Competenze

• 3–5 years marketing experience in consumer goods, toy/licensing or entertainment relevant.
• Understanding of licensed brands and translating brand guidelines into market activity.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across digital, media, PR or influencer channels.
• Commercial awareness including pricing, merchandising and category performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Lead day-to-day marketing activity for licensed brands across EMEA.
• Coordinate product, marketing and sales priorities with global and local teams.
• Use sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform plans.
• Brief agencies and suppliers for digital, media and PR campaigns.
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations for retailers and partners.
• Plan showroom displays, events and trade shows across UK and Europe.
• Manage brand budgets and monitor spend against plans.
• Build relationships with licensing partners and regional teams.
• Travel internationally for trade fairs and partner meetings.
