Job summary

Elsevier Limited Company seeks an Learning and Development Manager to lead technical capability programmes across AI-native engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and early careers. You will drive curriculum design to global delivery, evidencing certification and measuring outcomes across Technology teams in North America, India and Europe.

You will partner with leaders and SMEs to design pathways, manage platforms, and oversee external learning partners, shaping graduate capability

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and delivering technical learning programmes.
Diagnose capability gaps and tailor learning solutions.
Collaborate with leaders, SMEs and learners to drive impact.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end technical learning programmes across AI, data and software engineering.
Partner with Technology leaders to identify capability needs and create learning solutions.
Drive adoption of AI fluency frameworks and learning pathways.
Own assessment and certification approaches with evidence of applied capability.
Manage learning platforms and external learning partners for quality delivery.
Establish measurement and reporting on growth, engagement and outcomes.
