Job summary

White & Case LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Learning & Development – EMEA to lead regional learning strategy in support of the Firm's 2028 goals. You will oversee a 6-person team across Brussels, Germany and London and manage 25 EMEA offices, delivering learning across modalities and measuring impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in training design and delivery in a professional services firm.
• Master's or above in HR, Psychology, OD, or related field.
• Experience leading global L&D teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent instructional design and in-person/virtual facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to global L&D strategy as a regional leader within the global L&D leadership team.
• Shape global learning programs with input from international network.
• Lead global projects in a matrixed structure for the Engagement & Development function.
• Partner with Talent, People, Knowledge, Benefits and other teams to align priorities with Firm strategy.
• Ensure learning aligns with Firm values and governance; provide regional perspectives.
