Job summary

White & Case in London is seeking a 12-month FTC Consultant to support the Engagement & Development (E&D) Operations team. The role focuses on Workday Learning LMS rollout, budget consolidation, and centralization of documents across E&D and L&D functions.

You will work with global and regional stakeholders to streamline processes, manage documentation, and support mandatory and compliance training programs during a transitional period.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to deliver reliable, high-quality work under pressure with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting project coordination and logistics in a fast-paced professional services setting.
• Degree-level education or equivalent with at least two years in an administrative or coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget processes and consolidate budget inputs with monthly expenditure reports.
• Maintain E&D organizational documentation and central filing systems (org charts, role descriptions).
• Assist with LMS rollout and compliance training in Workday Learning, including course setup and tracking.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships and communications for Global Engagement Initiatives.
• Monitor and escalate ServiceNow cases related to training and LMS rollout.
