White & Case LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development – EMEA to lead regional learning, development, and talent initiatives across the firm’s Europe, Middle East and Africa network. You will define strategic priorities, shape practical solutions, and deliver measurable impact across in-person and virtual modalities.

You will manage a six-person EMEA team across Brussels, Germany and London, collaborating with the People team, practice groups and global functions to drive learning

Competenze

• 10+ years in developing and delivering training and learning solutions.
• Experience leading large L&D departments in global, matrixed environments.
• Coaching qualifications and psychometric tools are desirable.

• Lead the EMEA L&D team across three locations with high stretch and support.
• Drive regional curriculum development aligned with global standards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to implement learning initiatives that align with firm strategy.
• Oversee Workday Learning integration and manage external learning vendors.
• Track and report on learning activity, ROI and impact to leadership.
