Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Regulatory Reporting – Associate to join the Wholesale KYC Operations Team in the EMEA region. You will coordinate end-to-end regulatory reporting, maintain calendars and controls, and work with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, and Finance to meet deadlines.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to governance, process improvement, and strategic initiatives, with exposure to data analytics tools and stakeholder-facing reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with AML/KYC or regulatory reporting within wholesale banking operations.
• Experience in governance, project delivery, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx, JIRA, SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver recurring and ad hoc regulatory reports for EMEA, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain regional reporting inventory and submission calendar with audit trails.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis for exceptions.
• Respond to information requests from internal controls, Compliance, Internal Audit, and external reviewers.
• Build partnerships across EMEA Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology and global teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes and controls.
• Support Change activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and planning.
