Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate within Wholesale KYC Operations to coordinate and deliver EMEA regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and audit trails.

You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance and Technology to govern reporting calendars, perform data-quality checks, investigate exceptions and drive process improvements through analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end regulatory reporting within financial services.
• Strong data-management and data-quality skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including Compliance, Risk, Legal and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the delivery of regulatory reports across EMEA with accuracy and timely submissions.
• Maintain reporting inventory, calendars and evidence of review and approval.
• Perform data-quality checks and investigate reporting exceptions with root-cause analysis.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external reviewers, ensuring data collection and submission.
• Build partnerships across functions to drive consistent reporting standards and controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and strengthen processes and controls.
• Support Change activities including requirements gathering, process mapping and testing.
