Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Regulatory Reporting – Associate within the Wholesale KYC Operations Team for the EMEA region.

You will coordinate end-to-end regulatory reporting, maintain calendars and controls, review data for accuracy, and escalate issues to senior stakeholders while partnering with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology and Finance. Qualifications

• Experience with AML/KYC regulatory reporting in a Wholesale/EMEA context.
• Governance, project delivery and management information experience.
• Ability to transform large data sets into actionable regulatory insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete recurring and ad hoc regulatory reports across EMEA with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain regional reporting inventory, submission calendar and audit trails.
• Perform data-quality checks, investigations of exceptions and root-cause analysis with data owners and SMEs.
• Respond to information requests from internal controls, compliance, internal audit and external reviewers.
• Build partnerships across EMEA Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology and global teams.
• Identify and deliver improvements to streamline and automate reporting processes and controls.
• Support Change activities including requirements gathering, mapping, testing and benefits tracking.
