Europe PMO Programme Analyst - Governance

Job summary

Travelers Europe is seeking a Programme Analyst to own governance, tracking, and reporting of the project portfolio in Europe. You will support planning and monitoring to ensure alignment with objectives and outcomes.

In this role you will maintain artefacts, drive delivery standards, prepare PMO deliverables, and participate in multiyear and annual financial planning for Tech and Execution. Collaboration with partners and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to collect and analyse complex sets of data.
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that project artefacts (e.g. risks, issues, dependencies, status reports, financials, milestones) are kept up to date and consulted with Business Partners to ensure integrity of the workstack.
• Drives consistency of approach and standards of delivery and execution across the Project Management resource pool with the Programme Director.
• Coordinates and/or completes the preparation of PMO deliverables (e.g. status reports, publications, dashboards, time/resource allocation), including ELT governance decks and Enterprise reports.
• Leads multiyear planning and annual financial planning on behalf of Tech and Execution.
• Manages the document library and repositories from project initiation to closure.
• Coordinates and administers key PMO meetings and sets up new projects on in-house systems with frontline support.
• Analyzes program data, metrics, and performance indicators and advises on costs, benefits, schedules, and performance.
• Assists in developing program plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Communicates with internal teams and external partners; facilitates meetings and documents actions with follow-up.
• Identifies inefficiencies and recommends solutions; supports implementation of best practices.
