Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the Infrastructure category across the EMEA region. This strategic role drives profitable growth, manages product lifecycle, and translates market insights into actionable category strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Innovation and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Category Management, Product Management or similar commercial role.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management and portfolio development.
• Experience analysing market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to drive decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen with growth strategy experience and business results delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working in international/matrix organisations.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth, profitability and market share across EMEA.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from introduction to portfolio optimisation.
• Lead category performance reviews and implement improvement actions.
• Analyse market, customer and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Translate Voice of the Customer into portfolio and innovation strategies.
• Drive pricing strategies and margin optimisation initiatives.
• Support product launches and cross-functional alignment across markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Innovation for a robust pipeline.
• Lead cross-country projects and coordinate stakeholders across functions.
