Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the Infrastructure category across the EMEA region. Based in UK with up to 30% travel, you will work with Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Engineering to develop category strategies and drive profitable growth.

You'll manage lifecycle, pricing, and portfolio optimisation while partnering with country teams to harmonise products and packaging. Fluency in English and international experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Category Management, Product Management or strategic marketing.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and portfolio development.
• Experience analyzing market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.
• Strong commercial acumen with growth strategy experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in international/matrix organisations.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability across EMEA.
• Manage full product lifecycle from introduction to portfolio optimisation.
• Lead category performance reviews and implement improvement actions.
• Analyse market, customer and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Translate Voice of the Customer insights into strategies.
• Drive pricing strategies and margin optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects across multiple countries.
• Support product harmonisation and packaging initiatives.
• Develop product positioning, communications and training materials.
• Provide technical product and application support to internal stakeholders.
• Lead regional product launches and market implementations.
