Aliaxis is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the Infrastructure category across the EMEA region. This role drives profitable growth, manages the portfolio lifecycle, and aligns solutions with evolving customer and market needs.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Engineering to translate market insights into category strategies, strengthening our competitive position and delivering long-term success. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Category Management or related commercial role.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and portfolio development.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with growth delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in international, matrix organisations.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth, profitability and market share across EMEA.
• Manage full product lifecycle from introduction to portfolio optimisation and rationalisation.
• Lead category performance reviews and implement improvement actions.
• Analyse customer, market and competitive trends to identify priorities.
• Capture Voice of the Customer insights into portfolio and innovation strategies.
• Drive pricing strategies and margin optimisation.
• Build innovation pipeline with Innovation and Engineering teams.
• Support make-versus-buy decisions and supplier management.
• Lead regional product launches and ensure successful market implementation.
• Collaborate with country teams on product harmonisation and packaging initiatives.
• Develop product positioning, communications and training materials.
• Provide technical product and application support to internal stakeholders and sales.
• Lead cross-functional projects across multiple countries and functions.
