Aon is seeking a Head of Infrastructure, EMEA to lead strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of infrastructure services across the region. You will drive cloud, data centre and AI-enabled capabilities while building high-performing teams.

The role requires strong governance, risk management and collaboration with senior stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It is a hybrid role with London or Dublin offices and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud and technology operations in a complex multinational environment.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes including cloud adoption and data centre modernisation.
• Strong leadership of geographically distributed teams and inclusive culture building.
• Experience designing operating models in evolving environments and aligning internal and supplier teams.
• Deep understanding of service management, governance, risk, security and resilience.
• Excellent ability to influence senior leaders and translate technology strategy into business outcomes.
• Financial management experience with multi-country P&L alignment.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the EMEA infrastructure strategy aligned with business priorities and global tech objectives.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, data centre and operational transformation initiatives focusing on resilience and cost efficiency.
• Build and inspire high-performing regional teams with a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Oversee delivery and governance of technology services including incident, change and continuity management.
• Sponsor major modernisation programmes including cloud migration and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across EMEA and globally to provide strategic guidance and governance.
• Drive supplier management, financial governance, risk management and operational controls.
• Lead regional/global initiatives toward Aon’s target state technology and infrastructure.
• Enable AI to meet regional business and technical requirements.
• Transform operating models to leverage global capabilities while respecting regional risk and privacy needs.
