Job summary

SKIMS is evolving the next generation of intimates and expanding its EMEA operations. We are seeking an EMEA Omni Brand Operations Coordinator to support franchise, retail and concession orders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from our London base.

You will act as the operational contact for partners, manage order lifecycles, coordinate with 3PLs and internal teams, and help ensure on-time deliveries. Strong ERP and Excel skills, plus 4+ years in fashion/retail operations, are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Operations, Customer Service or Order Management.
• Experience supporting franchise partners, stores, concessions or multi-channel networks across EMEA.
• Strong understanding of outbound operations and order management processes.
• ERP experience (SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite) and strong Excel reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage franchise, retail and concession orders across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Act as operational contact for franchise partners and stores, resolving day-to-day issues.
• Monitor order lifecycle from placement to delivery and store receipt.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, Logistics and Retail teams for smooth product flow and on-time deliveries.
• Support new store openings and seasonal launches from an operational view.
• Prepare shipping documents and export paperwork for international deliveries from EU DCs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and AR to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Handle returns, stock discrepancies and credit requests per company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer, store and franchise data across systems.
• Support reporting on order management and fulfilment KPIs.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation.
