Job summary

People2.0 is a leading EOR/AOR provider seeking a Compliance and Onboarding Administrator to ensure independent contractor compliance across the EMEA region. You will verify roles, onboard contractors compliantly, issue contracts, and act as a liaison between clients, MSPs and contractors to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of local labour laws, and experience with VMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in contractor compliance, HR, or legal administration.
• Strong understanding of local labour laws across multiple EMEA countries.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams during compliance evaluations.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify business documents and compliance for contractors in EMEA.
• Onboard contractors compliantly and ensure documentation is current.
• Draft and issue legally compliant contracts for independent contractors.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve compliance queries between clients, MSPs, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate contractor records and enable audits.
