Job summary

Pixaera is seeking an Implementation Manager to bridge sales and customer success, owning onboarding from contract to go-live and translating business objectives into deployment outcomes.

You'll guide cross-functional teams, work with IT, Safety and HR stakeholders, and support pilots while shaping the future of the Pixaera platform. This hybrid Manchester-based role offers stock options and a collaborative, fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading onboarding and deployment of SaaS solutions.
• Structured project governance and milestone tracking.
• Ability to manage senior IT, safety and HR stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for multiple clients, from deal close to go-live.
• Develop and execute project plans to accelerate Time-to-Value.
• Guide technical integration and consult with client teams.
• Create enablement materials and training workshops.
• Build strong client relationships during implementation.
• Support pilots with Account Executives.
• Provide first-line post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams for feedback.
