Job summary

Pixaera is hiring an Implementation Manager to bridge sales and customer success. You will own onboarding from contract to go-live, translating business goals into technical deployment and delivering immediate value for multiple clients.

Based in Manchester with hybrid work, you will lead project planning, integrate with IT and safety teams, train end-users, and partner with product to capture feedback that shapes the platform's evolution.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding of multiple clients from contract to go-live.

• Guide client IT, Safety and Learning stakeholders through integrations and deployments.
• Create tailored enablement materials, guides and training sessions.
• Build trusted relationships with client leads and manage ongoing success.
• Support pilots with Account Executives to demonstrate value to prospects.
• Provide first-line support during implementation to resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams to translate client feedback into product improvements.

Who are we looking for?

As an Implementation Manager, you will be the bridge between initial sales and long-term customer success. You are not just overseeing an onboarding timeline; you are the strategic architect of the client's initial experience, responsible for translating business objectives into technical deployment and ensuring immediate, demonstrable value realization. The role will sit within the Customer Success team, with the right candidate having the progression opportunity to lead and grow the implementation team.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Execute the full client onboarding process for multiple clients simultaneously, taking ownership of the projects from the moment a deal closes through to a successful go-live.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute rigorous project implementation plans that accelerate Time-to-Value (TTV), proactively identifying and mitigating technical or operational roadblocks.
• Technical Integration & Consultative Partnership: Serve as a consultative technical partner, guiding client IT, Safety, and Learning stakeholders through complex integrations, security assessments, and hardware deployments to ensure zero-friction adoption.
• Tailored Enablement & Training Workshops: Develop instructional materials, user guides, and reporting frameworks tailored to the client's specific deployment needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strategic, long-lasting relationships with key client leads, serving as their trusted advisor during the high-stakes implementation phase.
• Pre-Sale & Pilot Support: Work closely with Account Executives to support pilots and trials, showcasing Pixaera's value to prospective high-value clients.
• Support and Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support during implementation, applying incredible problem-solving skills to remove any friction that slows down adoption.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Content teams to translate client requirements into actionable feedback, helping shape the future of the Pixaera platform.

Success Metrics (How we measure impact)

• Time-to-Value (TTV): Reducing the duration between contract signature and successful, utilized platform deployment.
• Implementation CSAT: Maintaining high client satisfaction scores throughout the onboarding journey.
• Adoption Rates: Ensuring seamless integration that drives high early-stage user engagement.

Logistics

This is a Hybrid role based in Manchester, UK - 3 days per week in the office minimum - located in the heart of Ancoats.

Who are you?

• Proven experience leading or supporting the onboarding and project delivery of complex SaaS solutions.
• Project Governance Expert: You possess a structured approach to project management, capable of balancing conflicting stakeholder priorities while maintaining a 'red-flag' mindset to resolve issues before they impact go-live timelines.
• Solution-Oriented Problem Solver: You view implementation obstacles as opportunities to improve product delivery. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can independently pivot between high-level client strategy and granular technical troubleshooting.
• A desire to help a startup scale from seed to IPO, thriving in a fast- paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience leading meetings with senior stakeholders (IT, Safety, and HR) and driving project outcomes through clear communication.
• Naturally tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies, including AI, VR/hardware and LMS integrations.
• Experience in the Learning & Development or LMS space is highly beneficial, but not essential.
