Job summary

CloudHQ is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager, EMEA, to lead delivery of utility infrastructure across multiple hyperscale data center projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in development, construction, operations, and finance to meet high reliability and scalability targets.

The role requires 8+ years in utility infrastructure delivery, strong English communication, and the ability to work across Europe, with travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in delivery of large-scale utility infrastructure
8+ years’ experience delivering utility connections across EMEA; Data Centre experience preferred
Fluency in English required; knowledge of German/French/Italian/Spanish desirable
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across complex projects

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure project delivery for CloudHQ across EMEA, coordinating internal teams and external partners
Manage scope, budget, programme and development strategy from feasibility to delivery
Oversee governance, reporting and approvals; communicate risks and decisions to leadership
Coordinate power, water, fibre and interconnection considerations with utilities and grid operators
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and promote safe working practices
