Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead pre-construction and construction phases of data center projects across Europe. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality deliveries that meet CloudHQ standards.

The successful candidate will oversee electrical and mechanical systems installation, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with commissioning teams to validate performance before handover.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience driving ground-up data center projects, including power, cooling and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with prefabricated/modular construction for hyperscale environments.
• Strong leadership of large, multidisciplinary projects independently.
• Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget with robust cost controls.
• Experience coordinating factory witness testing for major equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction and construction execution for data center builds.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple stakeholders.
• Act as primary liaison between CloudHQ and contractors, consultants, vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams for system validation and handover.
• Prepare progress reports for leadership highlighting milestones and risks.
