Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Frankfurt, Germany seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a flagship data centre project from mobilisation to handover.

You will manage internal and external stakeholders, ensure safety and quality, and drive delivery across disciplines on a complex, mission-critical build.

The role offers €120,000-€140,000 with travel, accommodation, pension, bonus, and a clear path to director-level progression.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical background with degree or trade qualification.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects on data centres.
• Strong understanding of health and safety and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to completion on a major data centre programme.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders including client reps, subcontractors, consultants, and delivery teams.
• Driving quality, safety, and delivery to meet programme and budget milestones.
• Driving productivity, team performance, and communication across site.
• Ensuring technical compliance and strong interface management across disciplines.
