Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC seeks a Planning Manager to oversee scheduling across data center development projects in the UK/France/Germany regions, with regional focus and cross-EMEA support. You will assess reports, enforce standards, and optimize timelines to meet strategic goals.

The role requires strong planning expertise in large infrastructure, excellent stakeholder engagement, and willingness to travel about a quarter of the time. Location flexibility within EMEA is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
At least 5 years planning/scheduling experience in large-scale infra or data center projects.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration.
Knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements is a plus.
PMP, PMI-SP or equivalent preferred.
Willingness to travel within the region (about 25%).

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain planning and scheduling standards with general contractors.
Monitor and audit project schedules for compliance and efficiency.
Oversee development of comprehensive project schedules with GC and vendors.
Collaborate with consultants, engineers and stakeholders to align timelines and resources.
Report to the Project Controls Director and provide scheduling insights and metrics.
