Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior HR and Professional Services Category Lead – EMEA to design, evolve and innovate the HR and Professional Services procurement strategy while ensuring day-to-day operations are executed in collaboration with Procurement Delivery.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region, lead global and regional initiatives, manage supplier performance, and develop reporting.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in HR and Professional Services procurement.
• Ability to translate requirements into procurement strategies.
• Proven track record in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of HR/PS industry and commercial models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement HR and PS procurement strategy for EMEA.
• Lead global/regional initiatives and collaborate with MU leads.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Develop monthly reporting for the EMEA pillar.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture policies.
