Job summary

Accenture is seeking a HR and Professional Services Category Lead for the EMEA region within Global Procurement. The role designs and evolves the HR and PS strategy while ensuring day-to-day operations and working closely with Delivery teams.

The candidate will build strong stakeholder relationships, support regional supplier strategy, and facilitate global and local initiatives across HR and PS, with travel within EMEA. English fluency is required and a master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the HR and PS strategy for EMEA projects.
• Maintain monthly reporting for the EMEA pillar and align with global strategy.
• Manage supplier relationships and regional/provider strategy.
• Develop end-to-end procurement processes and templates where needed.
