Job summary

Accenture is seeking a HR and Professional Services Category Lead – EMEA to design, shape and drive the HR/PS strategy across the region. You will collaborate with Global Procurement and Delivery to ensure flawless execution and value delivery.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, regional supplier strategy, and the delivery of global/local initiatives, with travel across EMEA as required.

Qualifications

• Deep working experience in HR and Professional Services with procurement and talent focus.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into procurement strategies.
• Extensive experience in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Proven track record of stakeholder relationships and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Set and align strategy for HR and Professional Services in EMEA with Global goals.
• Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships across multiple countries.
• Lead regional reporting and analytics for the HR and PS pillar.
• Develop RFPs and lead multi-country supplier negotiations.
