Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to join our UKIA Procurement Plus organisation, leading External Talent sourcing, contracting and supplier management across the External Talent category in London. You will collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, legal and operations to drive strategic initiatives and ensure value delivery.

Lead category strategy and management initiatives across UKIA and local projects.
Drive sourcing, supplier selection, and contracting from market research to award.
Negotiate contracts with Legal teams and ensure KPIs and SLAs are included.
Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics and preferred providers.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Legal and Operations.
Maintain monthly reporting for category performance and insights.
Supervise and support team members across onshore and nearshore locations.
