Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR and Professional Services Category Lead - EMEA within Global Procurement. The role designs and evolves HR/PS strategy, ensuring day-to-day operations while partnering with Procurement Delivery to execute plans.

The candidate will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, support global and regional supplier strategies, and facilitate global and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HR and Professional Services industry and procurement
• Strong stakeholder management and supplier management experience
• Proven ability in sourcing, contract negotiation and multi-country delivery

Responsibilities

• Help set Market & MU strategy aligned with Global strategy.
• Support implementation of Global & Regional HR and PS strategy for EMEA projects.
• Collaborate with HR and PS MU Leads and members.
• Monitor HR and PS contract coverage vs EMEA Spend.
• Prepare and present in HR and PS community calls.
• Develop global end-to-end procurement processes and templates.
