Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to lead activity across the External Talent Sourcing & Contracting category within UKIA. You will work with stakeholders across Procurement, Legal and Operations, owning sourcing, supplier and contract management while aligning with global and regional strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience within External Talent, Professional Services, Resourcing or Contingent Workforce categories would be highly beneficial.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sourcing and contracting projects from market research to supplier award.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned to Global/Regional objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance with focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliant contracts and addendums.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across Procurement, Legal and Operations.
• Maintain monthly reporting and provide insights on category performance.
