Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, FP&A – EMEA to lead forecast, budgeting, and month-end close across the EMEA region. You will drive executive reporting, balance sheet review coordination with Accounting, and partner with BI/IT to roll out global projects in the EMEA market.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel modelling, PowerBI or Snowflake experience, and a passion for data-driven storytelling at senior levels. Hybrid location in London Battersea with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a global org.
• Experience leading forecast/close processes end-to-end.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into narrative.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EMEA forecast and budgeting process.
• Own month-end close & P&L reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage P&L submissions and corporate reporting cycles.
• Maintain balance sheet reviews with Accounting team.
• Support FP&A transformation and data/BI initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts.
