Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, FP&A – EMEA to lead end-to-end forecast, budgeting, and monthly close for the EMEA region. You will coordinate inputs with FBPs, deliver executive reporting, and drive FP&A transformation using BI and data tooling.

You will mentor analysts, manage a Senior Analyst, and contribute to governance, process simplification, and data integrity across P&L and balance sheet reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A in a global organisation.
• Lead forecast or close end-to-end and own P&L outputs.
• Strong commercial acumen; translate data into narrative for leaders.
• Expert Excel and financial modelling capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EMEA forecast and budgeting with input from FBPs and Analysts.
• Manage month-end close, with variance analysis and reporting.
• Ensure integrity of P&L, balance sheet reviews, and performance analytics.
• Drive FP&A projects, including PowerBI dashboards and data harmonisation.
