SharkNinja is seeking an HR Optimization Manager to drive a high-performing EMEA P&C function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead initiatives, develop analytics, and turn data and AI into better business outcomes for the people function.

You will partner across HR and business teams to translate strategy into a practical roadmap, remove friction, and deliver value with speed and focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Develop and drive an efficient P&C EMEA operating model.
• Own and drive the P&C EMEA roadmap and improvements.
• Lead critical P&C projects with clear scope and outcomes.
• Partner with People Experience to develop dashboards, data analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous optimization and AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational right hand to the EMEA CPO, translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap and driving completion.
• Remove friction and build processes to drive efficiency across the HR Leadership team.
• Bring AI into P&C workflows to automate manual tasks and sharpen insights.

Role Overview

The HR Optimization Manager is the driver behind a high-performing EMEA P&C function. The role will report into the Chief People Officer, partnering closely to execute on the P&C strategy, leading initiatives and projects that drive impact and sharpen how the P&C leadership team operate, turning data, process, and AI into better outcomes for the business and our team members. It's a role for someone who is rarely satisfied, obsessed with making things work better and energized by owning the roadmap that makes P&C a competitive advantage at SharkNinja.

• Act as the operational right hand to the EMEA CPO, supporting in the translation of strategy into a prioritized roadmap and driving it to completion.
• Support in removing friction and building processes that drive efficiency enabling effectiveness across the cross-functional HR Leadership team.
• Bring AI into the way P&C works, identifying and deploying tools that automate manual effort, sharpen insight, and free the team to focus on higher impact / value work.
• SharkNinja has a very fast-paced development environment, you will have the mindset that anything is possible and possess the willingness to do whatever it takes to win.
• Your ability to bring your own values to make our products to the market faster than our competition is critical.
