Job summary

SharkNinja in London is seeking a Manager, FP&A – EMEA to lead end-to-end forecast, monthly close, and executive reporting for the region.

You will drive data storytelling, maintain FP&A master data, and partner with Global BI/IT to roll out informed, cross-functional financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years FP&A experience in a global organisation.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with BI tools including PowerBI/Snowflake/Adaptive Insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EMEA forecast and budgeting process with FBPs and analysts.
• Manage month-end close, variance analysis, and P&L reporting for EMEA.
• Ensure integrity of P&L and balance sheet; provide actionable insights.
• Oversee FP&A master data and data governance in reporting.
• Collaborate with Global BI/IT for rollout of projects into EMEA and dashboard development.
