Job summary

Tag HR EMEA is seeking an HR Intern to support a range of HR tasks and projects. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external queries and will liaise with HR Operations, HRIS, HR Support, and Jira/Workday platforms.

You will handle induction processes, data accuracy, and reporting, while supporting employee relations activities and HR initiatives across EMEA. This role offers exposure to diverse HR functions and analytics within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling HR administrative tasks is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is essential for data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR administrative queries and tasks in line with policies.
• Keep Workday up to date with new starters, changes, and data documents.
• Support HR Business Partners with probations, maternity/paternity, and employee relations data.
• Assist in coordinating induction events for new joiners.
• Collaborate with HR project consultant on data and analytics for HR projects.
• Maintain accurate HR data in Workday and flag data inaccuracies.
• Assist with annual appraisals and upload them to employee records.
• Manage HR EMEA Jira inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
