Ant International is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage the employee lifecycle across multiple EMEA countries. The role focuses on data integrity, GDPR compliance, and close partnership with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance and IT to support payroll and benefits.

A continuous-improvement mindset will drive regional and global HR projects in a hybrid work environment. The role requires strong stakeholder skills, knowledge of major HR systems, and an ability to balance

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations for multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM).
• Understanding of payroll, GDPR, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Continuous improvement mindset with data-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring an efficient, accurate and positive employee experience.
• Manage employee data and HR systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity, compliance and confidentiality, including GDPR requirements.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT and external vendors to support payroll, benefits, compliance and day-to-day HR operations across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance HR systems and contribute to regional and global HR projects.
• Act as a trusted HR Operations expert, providing guidance on HR policies and processes while supporting compliance with local employment legislation and internal controls.
