Job summary

TDA HR, a leading global financial services organisation, is hiring an HR Advisor to support a broad client group across EMEA, based in Surrey. The role combines day-to-day HR advisory work with involvement in projects, organisational change and wider people initiatives.

You will provide HR advice across the employee lifecycle, handle ER cases, and partner with HR Business Partners. Expect a hands-on, data‑driven role with Excel dashboards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Excellent Excel skills with HR dashboards.
• Experience advising managers and handling ER cases.
• Ambition to develop HR career with proactive learning.
• Interest in HR projects and organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees.
• Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Support Senior HR Business Partners with key people priorities, including talent, performance and workforce planning.
• Contribute to HR projects across organisational change, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
• Work with HR Centres of Excellence and global HR teams on people initiatives.
• Analyse people data and create Excel-based dashboards, reports and insights to support business decisions.
• Support improvements to HR processes and the employee experience.
• Gain exposure to wider organisational change and transformation initiatives.
