Job summary

Elliott Scott HR Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a London-based team within a leading global asset management firm. You will support the UK, Europe and APAC regions, handling day-to-day HR operations and driving a smooth employee lifecycle.

Collaborating with HR Business Partners, you will own processes, maintain accurate data in Workday, assist payroll, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in financial services.
• Experience working in an international organisation (EMEA/APAC) is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely, professional HR support.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation, including contracts and letters.
• Maintain accurate employee data within Workday, supporting payroll, reporting and compliance.
• Support payroll processes with accurate HR data.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders on projects focused on process optimisation and HR systems.
